HiETA to Attend ASME Turbo Expo 2017
Next week marks the beginning of Turbo Expo, a Turbomachinery Technical Conference & Exposition presented by the ASME International Gas Turbine Institute in Charlotte, NC. An exhibition and conference which takes place from the 26th June 2017 – 30th June 2017.
With over 4000 colleagues from around the world planning on attending, the conference has earned itself an extremely good reputation by consistently bringing the brightest and best experts from around the world to share the latest in turbine technology, research, development, and application.
HiETA will be sending our own Dr. Stephen Mellor all the way from Bristol & Bath Science Park to represent the company in the United States, and will hopefully make some new connections. This will be the sixth exhibition that HiETA Technologies has exhibited at this year, and as shown in previous exhibitions earlier this year which took place in places such as Japan and Paris, demonstrates the company’s desire to expand their reach to a global scale.
At previous events, showcasing the parts we have been able to create through our design and manufacturing capabilities in additive manufacturing has proved to be extremely popular with both experts in a wide range of fields including automotive, aerospace and motorsport; and those who have only just begun to discover the incredible feats we are able to achieve in this field. Particularly in our specialist areas of light weighting and thermal management.
If you would like to learn more about HiETA Technologies, what we do, and see some of the products that we have taken from a concept all the way through to an end product that have very real-world applications, then come and visit our booth and speak to us at AMSE Turbo Expo 2017.
Registration is still open to visitors regardless of whether you’re a member of ASME or not. Details can be found here.
